ECG Monitor

Has anybody ever had to wear an ECG monitor? My OB sent me in for an EKG when I called because my heart took off for 45 minutes and wouldn't slow down. The cardiologist (suspects I have a "short circuit" in my heart) scheduled an echocardiogram then prescribed me this annoying little ECG thing that I'm supposed to wear for 30 days. Anybody have any experience with these?

I attempted working out and it just got in the way😭. The idea of trying to get it on with this thing in use seems near impossible with all the wires and beeping sounds🤦🏻‍♀️😂.

This only has 2 leads, one below my left tit and one above my right.
