Hard lump

So this is awkward but Im 15 and have this lump about 1cm big on my labia majora and it’s really hard and I’ve tried to squeeze it like a pimple but it only comes out with puss occasionally and it’s not from the lump

So if anyone has advice, knows what it is or similar experiences then I’d love to hear

Also I didn’t know what category to put this in

Alright I know this post was ages ago but I didn’t see a doctor nor tell anyone I just let it be and i would say it fixed itself it’s much much smaller now and basically not there :))
