Spotting at 5 weeks?

I'm currently 10 days late for my period. I believe I am pregnant and testing on Friday morning. My period has never been so late. I had cramps the week my period was supposed to come, but they were different, i have been super achy, peeing a lot, and wanting to eat a lot also. I have been spotting the past two days, just when I wipe sometimes I wear a pantyliner but there's usually nothing or just a small spot.. i have very heavy regular periods also, and have never even been a week late. My cycle is 28 days, but I am now on cycle day 38 and no period. Could I be spotting in early pregnancy?
