Use a baby carrier to shop?

Question

Those of you that use a baby carrier/wrap to shop, do you put baby in while your outside next to the car? The weather is pretty cold so just curious where you all put it on? The car seat has been a pain in the ass to carry while I shop at stores with no shopping carts.

Heavy sleeper, now that it's snowing he has a snowsuit on and blanket over him while I walk in the store, love it!

I usually put it on outside the car, but throw a blanket over her for the walk in. Once in the store, I remove it because she gets hot easily.

I put it on outside by the car, which really im the only one getting cold, i always wear a tanktop and a coat over top of Im wearing her out. tbat way shes practically skin to skin and then I put the coat over both of us, she stays warm because she goes from carseat in warm car, straight to in the carrier with a big coat over her, Im the one outside in a tanktop getting all my buckles adjusted before pulling her out 😂

If I use the boba wrap, I put the wrap on at home so I can just slide her in when I take her out of the car. That thing can be tough to put on (especially when you’re hurrying because you’re freezing!) 
If I use my infantimo flip I put it on next to the car since it’s so quick to do. 
Love using the carriers instead of the stupid car seat and baby girl is much happier too!

I have a wrap that slips over like a shirt so I throw it on at my destination and put baby in. I usually already have a hat on him in the car and I’ll either put a coat on him or wrap him in a blanket til we get inside. The wrap will also pull up over his face. 
I was using a Tula, but after having to stand in the rain while loading him in the infant insert, I gave up. I think I’ll like it better once he’s out of the insert.

I put my wrap on at home before I leave then when we get to store I just grab her, wrap her in a blanket and strap her in once we get inside the store.

It's pretty cold here but I put mine on in the vehicle and just make sure shes dressed warm and cover her with a blanket. Try to park close enough so it's not a big issue or another time I got my husband to pull over by the door and carry her in from there.

I put my wrap on before I leave house then slip him in at car. He hates his car seat so I can’t leave him in there anyways. With the carrier he will sleep the whole time . I have ergo baby wrap
