Roommate problems i need advice 😒

So last night i cooked chicken Alfredo for me and my roommate.My roommate which is also my friend was at her bestfriend house which is a friend of mine to. So my roommate told me to call her when the food is done which i did. While i did tht she brought her bestfriend along to eat as well and after they ate she went bck to bring her To her house. I have a problem with that Bc i felt like it was kinda of rude for just inviting people without asking me especially if i bought all the ingredients with my own money ! Do you guys think i was being selfish? And how can i tell her that i had a prob with it in a nice way without her getting mad or starting an argument? I feel like just Bc we are close friends she’s getting to comfortable with things 🤬
