Question???

Okay so about a month ago I finally stopped bleeding from a period I have been on since June. Anyways I have heard people talk about signs that they've had before they got pregnant or found out they were pregnant and I was just wondering if anybody might have had the same signs I've had for the past couple of days. Started last week I went and got a drink from inside the store. Well I didn't really say nothing about it and then I got down the road and I saw that on the side of it is said Mom cuz they have the new Christmas designs on it. Well a couple of days later my husband was moving a log out of the yard and there was this little family of toads it was a mama a daddy and two babies. Well we've still really didn't think none of it but we had thought maybe it was a sign that it's getting close to time hopefully at least after 9 years, and then yesterday my husband ran into the store to get us a drink and it said dad on the side of it. Now my just going crazy or could I be pregnant or maybe fixing to get pregnant. I mean I've had some nausea for the past week I had a little bit of cramping and this last couple of days I had spotting for the past 3 days but then it stopped so is there a possibility that I could be pregnant. Sorry for this long ramble I'm just kind of nervous cuz I've already had three miscarriages and I would really like if I was pregnant this one will actually stick period
