What helped you go into labor?

I'm 39 weeks 6 days pregnant and scheduled for my 3rd cesarian on the 10th. I really don't want another one and I don't n ow what else to do that can help me go into labor on my own. Any suggestions on what may help me go into labor. Please help! 🙏🏽

I pretty much lived on an exercise ball for 3-4 days before and had sex every chance we could.

My OBGYN says they don’t induce VBACs either. This is actually based on solid research that going into spontaneous labor without augmentation greatly reduces complications that could lead to a repeat cesarean. However they should honestly wait until at least 41 weeks barring other pregnancy complications, & then personally I think they should still be open to induction at that point bc induction is less risky than another C-Section ya know!

What Lacie said... and I walked 2-3 miles a day. I also did EPO orally and vaginally.
