How To Handle “Bad Days”😞
My mental health has been terrible for the past month and a half, but the last three days I felt “normal” (like my anxiety and OCD weren’t torturing me). But this afternoon I realized I was having a relapse and I felt so defeated😔 I hid in my room and cried a lot trying to figure out what I did to trigger a relapse.
Regardless of the reason, I just felt like I was having a bad mental health day. How do you ladies handle those kind of days where your mental illnesses leave you feeling like less than a person? The only thing I really feel like I did tonight to help was shower because I shower every night and routines usually help with the anxiety part.
