Semen analysis

So I don’t have a copy of my husbands results but they were not good so I’m looking for suggestions. He had like 17M sperm per ML and only 36% were normal and he has low motility. What can he take to make this better??? We are going to schedule a urologist appt but I want to start him on something now. It doesn’t matter if there are good sperm in there if they can’t swim!!
