Ready to quit before even starting

So I’m trying to get the only pump I can afford to work. It won’t. It’s the manual Medela. I’ve tried everything and there’s no suction anymore. I can’t even find flanges to fit properly, my insurance still hasn’t gotten back to my doctor about getting me a pump. I’m so disheartened that this is already so much bullshit. I can’t afford to waste more money on this. Any advice for me?

Edit: I have to pump if I BF at all. I need to get back to work.
