Cold while pregnant?

I believe my sinuses are trying to drain.. my ears hurt bad I could barely breathe or sleep last night .. woke up in the middle of the night to try and breathe and my nose started bleeding. I’ve been spitting up yellow/brown mucus. And I threw up this morning brushing my teeth😪 I took to Tylenol’s before I went to sleep hoping it would help but I felt worse when I woke up so I went to the store and bought this??? Am I able to take this being pregnant 12 weeks and 6 days? I’m having to ask you guys this cause my doctors office refuses to answer the phone and I’m at work trying my best to make it through😪
