What were your hcg levels with twins ??

To all the mommas, do you remember what your hcg levels were with twins in your early pregnancy? I miscarried a few months ago and was pregnant with twins. Twins run in both my family and my so’s. My grandpa is a twin, great grandparents were twins, and on his side his grandpa was a twin and his nieces and cousins are twins. Is there a possibility of me being pregnant with twins 2 times in a row? Last Thursday my hCG level was 500 and then yesterday a week later it was 10,000 does that seem like it’s possible to be pregnant with twins they said I’m around 4-6 weeks. Opinions please?? Also, I know that it’s not a lot of information to go off of and everyone is different. I just thought hearing other people’s experiences and their opinions might make me feel a little better.
