LH and Estrogen

Hi this is my first cycle on clomid and I went to the dr for an u/s on wednesday and they told me I had 3 follicles on the right and 1 on the left and the left side was the dominant one and it measures at 19mm. My dr did blood work and I got my results back today . Which my estrogen was 713 and my LH was at 55 now I would like to know what these numbers mean ? My dr said everything was in good range . But I wanted to know know if this means I’m ovulating ?

Update :

So from Wednesday to Saturday me and fiancée baby danced . Thursday and Friday I got sharp pain on both sides and Sunday I had a really sharp pain on my left side that lasted for a hr or so. Then yesterday night I had very dull cramping . What does this mean??? I get another u/s tomorrow and I’m soooo nervous
