Help !!!

Okay so this is my cycle from last month and this month and as y’all know how glow works y’all can see the days me and my SO had intercourse . But now I’m having light pink spotting with a tiny tiny clot , and I’m wondering maybe could this be it ? Can I be pregnant of course I’m scared to test and it ends up being negative . But my cycle was jacked up last month being I had stopped taking vitex because I ran out so I had sex any chance I was not bleeding ! Incase I ovulated .. can any one help me out here ? 😭😭
