29 weeks - stabbing pain near ovary

Hi everyone,

I'm a little worried because I woke up today with a stabbing pain on my right side below my belly button. It is around where my right ovary is.

I thought at first that this might be round ligament pain or just normal pregnancy cramps but it's been a constant pain for 6 hours now. It is worst when I walk up stairs, stand up, or cough or sneeze. It's almost unbearable. When I am sitting or laying down it is okay. Still pain but manageable.

Has anyone else had This? Is it a 6 hour contraction? I hope I don't sound dumb but I have not had anything like this yet.

29 weeks today, no bleeding.
