Spouses in Special Forces

Anyone with kids have their spouse go SF? How has it been on your marriage/kids? It’s always been such a big goal of my husbands but now that we are about to welcome our first daughter he’s thinking of going to Ranger school instead. We know the logistics of training and such, like I said it was his goal. And I want him to reach that goal. We have a strong marriage, we are best friends. I know his hold up is our daughter. Any information/advice on how it is for any of you with kids?
