my milk supply decrease so much😭from pumping 8oz went down to only 2oz, I have tried power pumping,breastfeeding, drinking lots of water, eating oatmeal,etc......I feel so sad that I can t breastfeed my baby girl, and everybody telling me why am not breasfeeding if is better for my baby blah blah like am trying here.,😐
