I thought once they were back to birth weight you can let them sleep.  unless you’re worried about weight gain I would say pump if you need to but let the little one sleep

Let him sleep! He’s full if he’s sleeping. Mine has had 3 days this week of 7-7.5 hours and the others were 5hr stretches.
