How many kids did you have before you got tubes tied? I just had #8 a week ago I have 4 daughters and 4 sons and I’m not on birth control I want one more before I get my tubes tied

I’ve never heard it referred to as “getting fixed” before it kind of sounds like a dog.
And as for that, we have two children and plan on one more, after that my husband is going to be the one getting a vasectomy as I’m the one who carried out children through pregnancy and gave birth to them.

I’m on my fifth pregnancy but 4th living child and I’m done. My body and I can’t handle it anymore so I’m getting a tubal ligation immediately after my son is born. I’m 28 weeks tomorrow and I’ve already signed the paperwork.

This will sound dumb to some people but I’ll be 25 when I have my first child and I plan on getting my tubes tied at 32-33. Regardless of how many children I have.

That’s a pretty personal decision. I have a 9 month old and would be potentially open to the possibility of a second child in a few years but 2 is my absolute max. Others, like yourself, are interested/open to having more than that.
