Neighbors who live above me !!!

Rant and some. The new tenants moved in 3 weeks ago. They Look to be in there Early 20's.

I've lived in my apt for over 2 years and have seen other tenants come and go.

These people are Soooooo loud and don't have any consideration for me. I've asked nicely if they could keep the noise down they said " It is our apt we can do what the F we want"

.Everything echos into my apartment. I don't like to go home anymore. Rent is very $$$ where I live. I am looking for a new place.

Landlord cares less I have asked him if I could Pay to have my some sort of sound proofing done or have a rug with thick padding put in there apt...he said no... Any suggestions? I wear headphones in my own apt..I have a sound scape machine.. I am starting to really get pissed. I'm lost to what to do.
