Forgetful Lucy

So my boyfriend and I live 40 minutes apart. And with our work schedules we don't always get to see each other. But when we do we have multiple sex sessions. He cums inside me almost every single time. I am on birth control, have been for 6 years. But I ALWAYS forget to take it. I didn't take it all week and yesterday was the first we had sex in a week. So a little worried because I'm not sure how long it takes bc to get out of your system and I already take it irregularly. So help on that....and any tips on how to remember to take that damn pill!?
