What is wrong with men? Kind of long, sorry

First, I don’t mean all men, I’m sure there are some smart ones out there. However, what is wrong with my husband?

We got a Christmas tree today but when we got home we couldn’t find the stand for it so we either got rid of it or misplaced it somewhere. I decided I’d run to the store and grab one real quick. I went to two stores and struck out leaving one left but I got lucky and found 2 different styles. Took a picture and asked him which one he’d like because he can be picky and I hate getting bitched at for getting the “wrong” thing. My response was “I don’t care” so I picked one.

Before I left the house I asked if he’d like anything since I was out already and he said beer, no big deal because I wanted ice cream anyway.

I get home and grab the baby, my purse, water bottle, bag, tree stand and beer (just a 6 pack with a handle) so my hands are FULL. Get to the door and manage to ring the doorbell with whatever I could reach it with, and wait. And wait. Nobody opens the door, keep in mind it’s COLD outside. I finally just end up putting stuff down and opening the door to see him sitting in his chair like I wasn’t just ringing the doorbell. I asked why he didn’t answer and he says “I didn’t know who was there” so I said “and common sense didn’t tell you it was me at 6 o’clock at night??”

May not be a big deal to some but I’m very annoyed by him right now.
