Did I miscarry?

It has been a few weeks since I had unprotected sex and he came really deep in my belly ~ I’ve been really scared and feeling really weird , my period was 3 days late and it started heavier than usual, I had put a heavy flow tampon in over night but this morning I woke up to a crime scene of blood that was dripping all the way down my legs and it was everywhere. There were a few blood clots and now I’be been feeling sharpish pains in my stomach and side all day. I don’t know how to feel or what to think.
