Did/Will you get your baby circumcised??

I'm a second time mom but this will be my first son. Im 31 weeks today. I want to get my baby circumcised but I see all these negative things that people are saying about it. Me personally I feel like it will help keep my baby safe and clean later on in life. Can the baby feel it and does it hurt??

Where I live in Europe, circumcising is pretty rare and we usually do it only when there are health problems (if it’s too tight and hurts, etc.). It just seems weird to me that in the US it’s so common. Me personally, I wouldn’t like a part of my vagina cut off without my consent because it would be easier to clean. Nope nope nope

First off do not pull his skin back to clean him. That WHY they get infections. Your not suppose to touch it until he’s over 3 years old. Ask your doctor. Second it’s proven now that the cleaning issues is all bullshit. Most of the world doesn’t do it it’s just the us. They have loads of nerves and you damage all of them as soon as he’s born by doing that. His sex feeling goes down. His and her pleasure is cut in half. Do some real medical research. Not women and not men and NOT the USA.

In Australia it is very common. We had our son done. The place where he had it done, they don’t take babies after 6 weeks old. They put numbing cream on before so they don’t feel anything. My son screamed but I think it’s the more, holding them down etc, that’s more scary. 
He won’t even remember it when he’s older. Everyone’s views are different. We got my son done because he is like his dad now, and won’t question etc when he’s older.

To answer your question:
Yes your son will feel it. They are to young for anesthetics. 
Yes he will feel the pain. Having something cut off you hurts. Have you ever by accident cut your finger while slicing veggies or doing meal prep? Its like that but on your genitals in an area where there's so many nerves. Most baby boys scream so hard they loose their voice/and or pass out when its done to them. 
To answer your main question: 
MY VIEW on this is that its wrong and I would never do it if I ever had a son. If its wrong to do it to a girl I think its wrong to do it to a boy. Its wrong to alter any ones genitals with out actual medical grounds for doing so. If a male wants to get it done wait till he's an adult. (Or for the Jews 13 let him choose to do it when he because a young man) 
Bottom line you do what you choose. Just remember to understand all the medical facts and really think about it.

A lot of times when trying to make decisions like this I like to do some research on what the rest of the world is doing on the issue, not just the US.
Also good to get some history on the issue and see why they started doing it in the first place. It might be interesting to looking into “Kellogg”, he really got this ship sailing and his reasons were pretty odd.

Do what YOU think is best for your child. Don’t listen to others. I have a son and I got him circumcised and hes had NO issues. When they’re not circumcised be aware that you would have to pull the foreskin down to clean it properly and they’re more prone to infections. If you chose to circumcise, it would be better to do it while hes a baby rather than wait until hes older.

We chose not to. Mainly becayse my partner would have liked to have had the choice, and he didn't. He says if he had the choice, he wouldn't have been circumcised.   Maybe see how your partner feels about it.

If you feel the need to do it I suggest doing it while he is young. Religiously, we circumcise all our baby boys. It’s cleaner and more hygienic.

We decided to not get my son circumcised 2 years ago when he was born. He’s a happy and healthy little boy who hasn’t had any problems with it. We plan on teaching him good hygiene skills as he grows older. I think it all depends your thoughts on what foreskin is. But its ultimately your decision on what happens.
