Would this be tacky?

So I’m changing my color scheme again for the apartment I’m moving into next month. I was going to go with white, pink, and gray but I also wanted to add gold in and was wondering if it would be tacky to have gold and gray/silver.

I was trying to find a photo of my office, which is those exact colors, to show you how untacky it is. As long as it’s just gold details like candle holders and lamps, you’ll be good to go! And for pink, just keep it blush hues or pastel.

None of the gold in the room is in the photo aside from glowing lights and candles lol, but it helps give you an idea.

In my opinion those colors don’t go together. It’s not really “tacky”, to my it just doesn’t go. But if you did like a bedroom or bathroom blue and gold or pink and gold with no silver and the silver was in other rooms, I wouldn’t think anything of it. I look at one room at a time, not the house as a whole.

I think it depends on where at in the apartment. I think it would be fine for a bedroom but not for a living room/kitchen.
