Need work out advice/suggestion
Heyyyy, I am in need of desperate advice and/Or suggestions. I currently weigh about 200-215 lbs. I'd like to lose some of this weight. Even if I just turn it into muscle i guess. I've been told I should lift because I'm bottom heavy. But I'm not too sure.
I have been taking steps to be healthier. Less salt, healthier foods, more water. I've been feeling AND looking less bloated but I don't know where to start exercise wise. If someone could help ya girl out, that'd be amazing. If anyone needs a decent reference pic to what my body looks like this is the best I can do right about now 😅😐
