Does anyone know any good products or techniques to get rid of forehead acne, I wash my face every day and I use witch hazel but that's about it

This stuff is amazing. You mix the powder with water or apple cider vinegar. It will make your face red for an hour after use but I use rose water on afterwards. It dries everything up and makes my skin so clear. Also use African black soap. Clean pillow case every 3 days. Drinking lots of water and a healthier diet has helped.

I also encourage you to watch Liah Yoo on YouTube. She is the one who helped me get rid of my acne with Tamanu oil and a few other things. Sounds crazy to use oil on acne but if you watch her explaining how it works you will understand.

I had face acne for a long time and have finally been free of it for years. It took some trial and error. I repaired my face with a tretinoin topical cream - It peeled and looked terrible during this process but was so worth it. 
To maintain and keep them away I cleanse with humane (the picture below) every other day. I follow the cleanse with Thayers witch hazel facial toner, a vitamin c face serum then a moisturizer. 
People would tell me to try so many things and it was hard because a lot of them didn’t work for me. I hope you find a good regimen. It’s tricky to find what works for YOU but when you do stick with it :-)
