Extreme boob pain 😩
Im 4 days postpartum and im not breastfeeding. Tonight my right boob got sooo hard. I have yet to leak but if I squeezed my boob there was milk. Is that my milk just coming in or is it mastitis?! I dont want my milk to stay so how do I take care of this?! TIA!!
