Cervical mucus?

I've always had cervical mucus (or atleast that's what I think it is) because most of the throughout the day my underwear are wet. Almost to the point of soaked and once it's at that point I start to notice a smell(or at least I think I do but unsure if it's a bad smell). I don't know what's the problem and it happens with all underwear type and styles. Sometimes I can feel a small leak but most of the time I don't. I am bigger and feel like some can be because of sweat. Any help or ideas?
