Love of my life or should I run?

So, the love of my life left me 4 years ago and never gave me a reason why and as he was breaking up with me he told me that he bought me a promise ring and changed his mind... Now fast forward four years later and I have a boyfriend and he has a girlfriend, but on Thanksgiving eve of last year, I saw him and he talked to me for a very long time ( I have no memory of it because me and him took shots together) and him and his dad brought me home and he came in my house and took my shoes off for me then left (my mom saw this so that’s the only reason I know this happened).

So, a year later I have a different boyfriend and he has a different girlfriend and on Thanksgiving eve I saw him at the bar and he smiled at me winked at me, his whole entire family spoke to me and asked me how I was doing his two aunts, his dad, and his brother... Then when I was getting ready to leave he told me “good night sweetheart I hope you make it home okay”. So, now I have no idea if he still wants me (because I’ve never stopped wanting him) or what! My mind has been going crazy please help!
