How long is too long??

I’m recently 21 and have been on the pill since I was 16. My mama was a teen mama, so being proactive threw me on the pill ASAP. Tbh, I know nothing about the pill except that I’m starting to think about my future and ability to have babies!! AHH. I’m on Nortell. My doctor hasn’t talked to me about it since being put on it. Never had a pap. Kind of annoyed that I will have to initiate this convo at my yearly appointment next month. It’s having a big impact on my mental health (aside from graduating feeling clueless and a recent long term relationship break up - life man) Gimme some input lady frans!!!
