BV that won’t go away !!

I’m 35 weeks pregnant

Took flagyl pill twice a day for 7 days just to get tested again and BV still come back positive (I’m itchy down there). They asked if I want to try the flagyl again or do a gel you insert so I tried the gel. It was weird and I couldn’t insert all the gel properly so I just asked for the pills. It still hasn’t gone away and this sucks !! I’m scared to do natural remedies like hydrogen peroxide, yogurt insertion, or coconut oil. Any advice ?
