New BC pill causing horrible problems! Could use some advice.

So on the 16th of November I had to get my IUD removed because it shifted in my uterus causing me excruciating pain! My OB immediately started me on the pill that very day and Its called (YAZ the generic version).Now I started the pill that day at 6pm and I take it at 6pm every day. However, the day before I got my IUD removed I had just gotten off my period and and 2 days after I got my IUD removed/ started the new pill I bled heavily for 4 days. I am on my last week of pills and today I'll be taking the white pill, but I haven't gotten my period yet. Is this something I should be concerned about or is my body still getting used to this pill? Also all last week I have been feeling very bloated and cramping and extremely nauseous and I'm also having hunger pains at the top of my stomach. Today I'm still nauseous. I'm not sure if this is the pill causing this or what. Two weeks ago my boyfriend and I had sex. Is this a possible sign I could be pregnant?
