12dpo bfn ! Still a chance ?!!

I have so many symptoms I have never had before ! Extremely sore breasts, had pinching pain around 7dpo and just feel off. Of course could be in my head ! But wanted to no if anyone here has ever gotten a bfp after a bfn at 12dpo !
