Winter activities with baby???

It's December 10th and I'm already going stir crazy (living in NC it didn't really get cold until a couple of weeks ago) .... I'm struggling to come up with ideas for indoor activities for an 8 month old. He's got a bunch of toys and we play when he wakes up in the morning, but he grows tired of that eventually. I feel like we're watching a lot of movies which I don't love. We read some but not as much as I'd like as it's hard to get him to sit still for long. 
What are you mama's doing with your babes? 
(Felix is crawling, attempting to walk, very on the move - if that effects anything)

Come up with a routine breakfast change play snack change do an art activity play have lunch change take a nap wake up change snack play go for a brisk walk or to the store come home change get ready for dinner eat clean up play get ready for bed

I would still go outside and play at the park. We also do a playgroup class, music and a dance/movement class.

Ok for a baby and me type of class. Our hospital fitness center hosts one once per week. Maybe swimming lessons. Libraries usually have child activities during the day too.

My daughter was that age last year in winter, but honestly we just played with toys all day lol I would also put her in her high chair and give her some snacks from time to time. You can go to any store just to walk around and get out of the house too. Winter time is tough with a baby! Having play dates wasn’t really an option for me and my local library doesn’t do anything for babies so we were stuck in the house a lot.
