Worries about bc and pregnancy

I'm 27. I had a baby in June (my first). Before I TTC I was on the bc pill for 7 or 8 years never had an issue with it was never nervous about getting pregnant on it, etc. When we ttc I got pregnant right away. Now I'm 6m PP and I have been on the pill for about 2 months. I'm so nervous about getting pregnant on it because I really couldn't handle or afford another child right now. We don't have sex very often but he does finish inside me because he said it should be fine because I'm on the pill. I don't really want to ask him to wear condoms too cus I'd kinda feel bad plus they are uncomfortable for me and tend to tub and irritate me. Should I ask him to pull out? Or am I just being paranoid? I'm in a panic because I feel like I'm getting my period but just have clear discharge so I'm nervous and paranoid for probably no reason. I don't want to feel like this every month! Am I just being nuts? Any advice?
