Does this seem like a healthy day?

I’m new to this and trying to eat healthier and lose weight. This is my day of eating excluding the protein shake I had this morning.

Here’s what’s in the pic:

-Strawberries

-Blueberries

-Pomegranate seeds

-Lite cheddar string cheese

-Tiny avocado

-Chicken sausage

-Tuna pack

This is for my work day and about 700 calories. I plan in having a healthy 500 calorie dinner and a 200 calorie healthy “dessert”. Does this seem healthy and like it’ll help with weight loss? If not, can anyone give suggestions and tips?
