Might be pregnant ??

So I’m in a long distance relationship and my boyfriend was in town for a week, 2 weeks ago and we ended up having unprotected sex and I took plan B but I waited 5 days to take it, my Nippes are really sore and they’re never sore and I started getting morning sickness, my period is supposed to come before Christmas, if I did an at home pregnancy test this week would it be accurate ? I’m only 21 and I’m not ready for a kid at all
