I need advice

so latley i have talked to this guy for 4 months now and we have had sex at least over 5 times and as of someone having a high sex drive when i am on my lonesome i tend to play around a bit well since the last time we had sex i have gotten sick twice but with flu symptoms but no flu and they said i had hmpv (Human meta-Pneumovirus) but then i started having weird pains on the opening of my vagina almost like a pulse or kinda ache and as i was playing around today i started bleeding but my period has already passed but i cant go to the doctors and be checked but what can this be? because it seems very abnormal but i have no idea im only a teen and i dont want to say nothing to my parents
