Momma’s gaining weight advice

Hey everyone so my pre pregnancy weight I was 128.7 my first trimester was horrible I lost a total of 16 lbs I had nausea all day everyday but never actually got sick & threw up 2nd trimester rolls around and I’m not feeling sick anymore and I feel like my appetite has improved I went to the doc at 21 weeks 1 day I weighed 124 with my coat so I had them reweigh me without (120.6) so I’ve gained a little back the baby has no fat yet at all and I’m so uncomfortable with my body like I feel so skinny & my face is thin I’m feeling insecure. Is there any snacks/ foods or even drinks you moms recommend to help gain weight and to make sure my little one is also gaining weight? I was told babies won’t really gain anything until you’re close to the end I hope someone really takes the time to read this 😘
