I have PCOS and Ive had my period for 27 consecutive days now but this app says I'm going to start ovulating tomorrow. I need to get on birth control but dont have insurance. What can I do?

Let’s start with the small problem: you can edit your cycle in calendar mode. It’s not going to be accurate without adjusting.
Is there a Planned Parenthood near you? It’s low cost or free and takes care of pretty much any lady parts related problem.
