Evening from the UK!

Hi all, got a (strong) faint line at 12dpo today. Got 3 bfn at 7/9/10 dpo with a mixture of different tests. Today's bfp was a FRER. I'm over the moon but very scared at the same time. Had a chemical in March which started at 13dpo so worried the same will happen again. I guess I'm just wondering what you guys do after bfp? I have an appointment with my doc in the morning but to remain sane what are your tips? Do you continue taking tests or just see what happens?? 🙂
