No period

I know it's normal for my period to change with the hormonal IUD. I got it put in the beginning of July. But I've always continued to get it. Whenever I call and ask my doctor if it's normal to not get your period for a month, they say it's normal. It's been 27 according to eve, 58 days according to another app since I got my last period. Right now I have major cramps so I don't know if that is normal reaction even though there is no blood. I might just be over reacting but I've also been having sex with my partner. Is this normal or should I get a pregnancy test?
