HELP!!! STRANGE ODOR!!!!

Hey ladies -

I used a new Summer’s eve wash (I’ve used them forever and never had an issue) and after a few days, I have the strangest odor coming from down there. I can smell it through my leggings and bottoms, when I’m just sitting there, but my actual vagina ITSELF doesn’t smell?! The discharge is otherwise normal, and doesn’t smell from my fingers. It DID have a slightly mild fishy smell but went away. But the odor is still there?? I don’t know what’s going on!!! Making an appt with the gyno if this doesn’t go away, has this ever happened to anyone else? I’m 21 by the way.

EDIT: I stopped using the wash as soon as I smelt it, so only a few days
