What did you do different the month you got a positive pregnancy test? Maybe this post will help out anyone reading! Baby dust ladies!!! ❤️👶🏼🍼

We started using the ovulation predictor kits. Turns out I was ovulating quite a bit earlier than my calendar count said.

Not that it helps because we were so lucky and got pregnant first try! But for about 4 months before we started ‘trying’ I was just using glow to keep track of my periods and ovulation. 
The month we decided to try I started folic acid+vit D, cut out caffeine and alcohol (not that I drank much anyway) and didnt stress too much about it. Together 10 years and married a year, so on our anniversary we just decided to stop pulling out and see what happened, because we decided it would be OK if I got pregnant. No pressure on ourselves, just having lots of fun finally making love to completion! 
I had never been on any chemical birth control. We only ever used condoms or pull out.
No OPKs, or tracking DPOs or early testing, just waited to see if AF arrived. One day late, did the test and wow! It just worked!  
I know this wont be of much comfort to those who have been struggling for a long time, we have quite a few friends in the same boat. The guilt that it was so easy for us is totally real, and we really struggled to find the right way to tell those friends our good news without upsetting them.

For me working out and eating right. We had decided if it didn't happen that month we were going to take actions to prevent again so I could continue working on losing weight and getting healthier myself and apparently what I'd been doing all month helped out? 😁
