Not too hopeful

12-13 dpo, urine test at the doctor’s office today was negative. Temps are still elevated though it went down a bit today, cervix was high and soft the last two days with increasing creamy discharge. I know I’m not out til AF shows but I guess I should prep for her arrival? 🙁
