Late period

So I’m late for my period. I am irregular sometimes. Stress and weaight gain doesnt help. B ut I’m panicking about this one since the last time I had sex was a month ago and the condom accidentally came off. But I don’t think he came or had any pre cum. I don’t feel any pregnancy symptoms nor do I feel any period symptoms either, other than my back hurts. Any suggestions or ideas?
