Bleeding

I'm not super worried. Got an appointment with my obgyn next week but here's the thing. My bf and I had sex for the first time (my very first time) that was two days ago. Obviously there was bleeding involved then. We tried again tonight and I bled again. Is this normal? It wasn't my hymen but he's pretty decently sized and it possibly is tearing but I just was curious to find out if this is normal or if anyone else has experienced something similar? Also, if you have what can you do to stop it?
