CP and implantation bleeding?

Hi ladies... so my AF was due yesterday on one app and tomorrow on another (so figure I'm either 13 or 15 DPO - usually a 26 day cycle). I never get PMS symptoms but this month during tww I've have some crazy symptoms. Anyway, my CM is still creamy/watery mix and my CP is super high and feels tightly closed and still tilted back. However, when I checked CP yesterday, there was a very faint dot of light pink on my finger tip when I wiped but still mostly creamy and white. Still no noticable pink when I wipe. Do you think it's implantation bleeding or the start of AF? Not sure if I should mention my temp is still elevated hovering around 99* for almost the last week. Thanks in advance!
