All day nausea 😩

I’m 5weeks and 3days and the nausea has already started! I’ve had it around 3 days and it just hangs around more or less all day. No vomiting but just feel sick all the time and have lost my appetite. Is this normal? I’m sure I read it doesn’t normally start until 6 weeks, I must be one of the unlucky ones 😫😫

On a side note, I think I can stop taking pregnancy tests now?!? I took a clear blue weeks estimator test this afternoon and I got 3+ 😁😁😁 which according to their leaflet means my hcg levels are at least 2753 😆😆
